Happy Halloween!

October 31, 2014 by TIA INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

This is the Photo of the Day for October 31st from TIA’s Project “2014 : 365”, my personally assigned photography challenge of the year.  The challenge is to capture one image each day of the year of subject matter I typically would not photography. To date, I have only missed one day, and that was back in January!

Adieu Été, Sayonara Summer

September 23, 2014 by TIA INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

I have lived in Seattle for seven and a half years, and it feels like each summer season is better than the previous.  It’s a city where it never gets too humid, there’s plenty of sunshine, and the grey skies that seem to threaten rain do not last very long.  Spending time outside and enjoying the city where I live has made me feel grateful for what and who I have in my life.   I’m not unhappy to see […]

Beautiful Day by the Bay

March 14, 2013 by TIA INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

San Francisco is on my mind at the moment. Since I was a child, I still think it is the most beautiful city in the United States. The Bay, the Bridges, the city, the neighborhoods and, of course, the people — they each make the city so unique and spectacular in its own remarkable way.

“Conversations with Skeletons”

June 4, 2012 by TIA INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

TIA International Photography would like to take a moment to share a promo video from a very good friend, Canadian author Kirk DeMatas, regarding the upcoming published release of his 2nd compilation of profound poetry, “Conversations with Skeletons.”
TIA traveled on assignment to Toronto last September to conduct the photo shoot with Kirk and mutual friends. You will see a sample of some of that photography here. (These images are quite different from what you’re used to seeing, which makes Kirk’s project all that more intriguing)!

Kirk’s book will premiere this fall! Stayed tuned for more information!
